Yes, you can request a withdrawal from your Guided Investments account with NBK Invest at any time without any penalties incurred.
Please note that in order to keep your Guided Investments account active, you must maintain a minimum of $5,000 (if your account was opened via the NBK Invest app or website) or $1000 in your account balance (if your account was opened via the NBK Mobile Banking app).
Requesting a full withdrawal will deactivate your NBK Invest account and no more fees would be charged. To re-activate your account, all you have to do is re-invest the minimum amount above.
If the withdrawal request is made during a trading day it will be processed during the same day. If requested on a day when the markets are closed it will be processed on the next trading day. Transferring the money to your bank account will take up to 7 business days.
Please note that withdrawals will be processed to your bank account that is currently associated with your NBK Invest account. You can learn more about changing your IBAN here.
